Well it may have taken a little while, but in the end Catcay Court had two offers! As it turned out, our spring market has sprung and there were a few very disappointed people when it came to this house. I do have another listing coming up (not in Rattray further north) but it is also on a Court and has a swimming pool. Look for the listing on my website next week!
Open House this Sunday, February 1st, 2009 - come see for yourself!
For every family that contemplates a move there are many things common on their "wish list", usually right up there at the very top is location, not just the neighbourhood, but the location of the home. A quiet court is without question the most requested - there isn't a parent out there that doesn't feel that a court or cul de sac is the perfect and safest place for practicing hockey, hoops or riding a bike. Of course if you've got a few young children, then right up there with a court location - is the backyard...while typical requests are; large, private and fenced - a swimming pool is often a family favourite! Add to the list a main floor family room and a finished basement and some of the best schools in town and you've got a recipe for a perfect family home!
