Choosing a real estate agent was new for us. We had been in the same home for 18 years and knew what we wanted but needed the experience that Debra offered. Debra helped us to prepare our house, offering detailed recommendations and even was there with the photographer to ensure that the home showed well. Her diligence resulted in multiple offers. Her guidance she offered helped us to properly consider each of the offers to make the right decision. This was invaluable to us as first time sellers and provided us with the insights we needed to quickly sell our house over asking price.
