Falgarwood
Situated on the east side of Trafalgar and with the QEW as the southern border and Upper Middle Road as the northern border, this family friendly neighbourhood is pretty much in the centre of it all. Known for its maturity, Falgarwood is a lush community with lots of green space, ravines and parks. Home to many of Oakvilles finest schools including small community schools and Sheridan College, this is a neighbourhoods filled with children walking to school and playing in parks.
The homes range from stacked townhouses to detached 2 storeys, but this is also a community where bungalows and sidesplits are in high demand. Oakville Place and transportation including GO Transit and the QEW are just minutes away. Of course, if your destination is downtown Oakville or the lake it's a short ride south on Trafalgar to get there.
